Q: Can I change or cancel my order on the Office Depot Print Center?

Your order is in process as soon as you checkout. Therefore, you are unable to cancel or change your order.

Q: How can I pay for the order?

A:
All custom imprint orders will be delivered by UPS therefore they are required to be paid by credit card. We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club plus the Office Depot Business Credit Card and the Office Depot Personal Card.

Q: Can I pick up my order from the store?

A:
All orders are direct shipped from the vendor and therefore require a customer's location. We currently do not offer shipment to our local stores for any products due to space availability.

Q: Can I reorder?
A:
Yes, you can contact our Office Depot Print Center representatives on 800-GO-DEPOT (800-463-3768). Please provide the representative with your Office Depot order confirmation number or customer ID. At the current time, you cannot reorder directly from the site.

Delivery

Q: What is your delivery policy? When will my order be delivered?
A:
Your order on the Office Depot Print Center will be treated separately from any other order on the Office Depot.com site, and will be sent directly from the printers. Normal service time on stamp products and labels is 3 to 5 business days; business cards, letterheads, envelopes, memo pads and carbonless forms is 5 to 7 days; Post-it® Notes is 7 to 10 days via UPS Ground. Additional delivery time may be needed if custom artwork is being produced.

Q: Do I need to be present at the shipping address to receive delivery?
A:
No, UPS will leave the package on your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A:
You can call 800-GO-DEPOT (800-463-3768). Please provide us with your confirmation/order number, or your Office Depot customer ID number.

Return Policy

Q: What is your policy on returns?
A:
Office Depot Print Center custom imprint items are made to your specific requirements and, as such, may not be returned unless printed incorrectly or if the merchandise arrives damaged. For your protection, please make your custom purchase selections carefully.

There are some jobs you can order offline that we cannot do online at the moment. For example, if you want a stamp with your signature we can take that order over the phone.

Q: Why am I having problems with Preview?
A:
